1.5% gel = 1.25 g agarose + 150 mL TAE + 7.5 ul smart glow

small gel for lobster samples: 1.5% = 1.5g agarose, 100 mL TAE

• BAR primer samples (see 11-2-2020) on top
• HCO/LCO samples on bottom
• Run 85V at 12:00 pm, view at 12:38 pm

Run 1.5% gel with dilutions made 10-26-2020
